Booking conditions
- It is believed that the reservation is confirmed by Navalija Kompas after receipt of the agreed down payment by the customer.
- NAVALIJA KOMPAS is obligated to confirm the receipt of the down payment to the guest. The confirmation has the status of a voucher.
- Reservation mediated by the internet page of NAVALIJA KOMPAS asumes that choosing of the accommodation capacity is done on the picture with a precise description and code.
- The final invoice is paid during arrival and registration of the guest at the front desk of the agency from which the down payment is deducted. The invoice can be paid 24 hours before leaving the apartment or room. In that case the front desk has the right to keep one personal document in the archives.
